1 TBSP finely chopped red onion
1 pint organic grape or cherry tomatoes slice in half
Mix dressing below:
1 TBSP organic olive oil
1 TBSP Modeno Balsamic Vinegar
1 TBSP finely chopped fresh basil
pinch sea salt
dash of ground pepper
Combine the tomatoes, onion and dressing together, thoroughly mixing. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Add in before serving:
1/4 cup goat cheese pieces
