2 x 4 ounce Burrata Balls
1 tsp fresh minced garlic
2 TBSP fresh herbs – I used Basil, Oregano and Parsley
1 TBSP Heavy Whipping Cream.
Combine in a food processor using the serpentine blade for about 1 minute until just blended.
Remove and serve with finely diced tomatoes and balsamic reduction on top.
Serve with with sliced cucumbers, sliced french bread, or crackers.
