In a small saucepan combine:
1/2 cup raw organic apple cider vinegar
2.5 TBSP Tamari
2 TBSP water
1 TBSP Organic brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp mustard powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp Saigon Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Fresh ground pepper.
Combine all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 2-3 minutes . Let cool.
Refridgerate for up to 2 weeks
Can be used in a marinade or a sauce.
