1. 1 Cup of Cilantro leaves
2. 1/4 cup lime juice
3. 2 TBSP raw apple cider vinegar
4. 1.5 TBSP brown sugar
5. 1 clove minced garlic
6. 1 tsp brown mustard
7. 3/4 cup Olive Oil
8. 1/2 tsp sea salt
9. Dash fresh ground pepper
Chop the cilantro in a food processor so it’s very fine. Add other ingredients and continue mixing until well blended.
May be store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
