1.5 to 2 pounds of organic chicken cut into small pieces
1/3 to 1/2 cup Organic unfiltered olive oil
5 cloves minced garlic
2 TBSP Fresh chopped organic oregano
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 TBSP lemon juice
several pieces of lemon zest
Marinate the chicken pieces overnight. Put them on skewers when you are ready to grill
