1.5 Cups Organic Full Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon
1 TBSP Organic unfiltered olive oil
1 small clove minced garlic
1/4 cup fresh chopped Parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt
fresh ground pepper
1/4 of Organic English Cucumber peeled and then grated
Mix together and refrigerate before serving
