Follow your rice cooker directions with the proportions of rice to liquid ratio. Use half water and half chicken broth for the liquid
Organic White Jasmine or Basmati
1 clove minced garlic
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP fresh chopped parsley
1 TBSP Butter
Put all ingredients into the rice cooker (gently stir)
Cook as directed on your rice cooker.
When finished, mix thoroughly
Total cooking time around 1 hour.
