1 Cup Organic Heavy whipping cream]
8 oz organic cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp Madagascar Vanilla
In a stainless steel bowl put 1 cup of heavy whipping cream in it and place in freezer for 20 minutes
Whip the softened cream cheese for 3 minutes
Beat the chilled cream with a hand mixer or stand up mixer on high- adding sugar and vanilla until the cream becomes very stiff.
Gently fold the whipped cream mixture in with the cream cheese with a spatula. Refrigerate and serve with the fruit of your choice
