1-1.5 lbs Peeled and Deveined Wild Caught Shrimp
2 TBSP Organic Olive Oil
Chop the following together:
1/4 cup packed each of Fresh Sweet Basil, Fresh Oregano and Fresh cilantro
2-3 cloves garlic
Toss the shrimp in the Olive Oil and then coat with chopped herb mixture.
Cooking:
Option 1: Heat Grill to 400 degrees. Lightly Grease an outdoor grill pan and place shrimp on pan. Cook 2-3 min per side depending on size of shrimp. Flip when the shrimp start become opaque.
Option 2: Heat a stainless or cast iron skillet with olive oil and cook in the pan.
