Steak:
Hanger Steak, Flank Steak, Tri Tip, Top Sirloin, NY Strip.. These are my favorites. Use the meat tenderizer before marinating.
Marinade
3 TBSP Dijon Mustard
Juice from 1 lemon and a little zest
1;/3 cup olive oil
3-4 cloves of fresh minced garlic
Fresh rosemary chopped 1-2 TBSP
Fresh ground pepper
1 tsp sea salt
mix ingredients thoroughly the cover the steak with the marinade. Place in fridge for at least 3 hours, and up to overnight
