Marinade
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp sea salt
fresh ground pepper
1/4 lime juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1 TBSP dijon mustard
1 TBSP unrefined sugar or brown sugar
(whisk marinade )
1.5 to 2 lbs of chicken breasts or cutlets. Pierce well and place in glass container with marinade
Marinate 8-24 hours
Cooking:
Grill on medium heat until well cooked
or
Can be browned and cooked in sauce or fry pan with butter or coconut oil .
