Dijon Chicken
- 4 Organic boneless skinless chicken breasts. You can also use split chicken breasts or chicken breast cutlets
Split Breasts with skin-slice open the breast horizontally and pierce through the skin and underside
Boneless Chicken Breasts- thoroughly pierce with a fork
2. Marinade:
-1/3 cup organic dijon mustyard
-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
-1/3 cup olive oil
-2 TBSP red wine vinegar
-1 TBSP lemon juice
-1 TBSP brown sugar
-2-3 cloves minced garlic
-1/2 tsp sea salt
-fresh ground pepper
Marinate chicken in a glass pyrex or porcelain dish for at least 3 hours, overnight is preferable
Grill over medium heat
serve with your favorite vegetables
