2 to 3 pounds of peeled and deveined wild caught shrimp or 1.5 to 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 cloves fresh minced garlic
1.5 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup of olive oil
fresh ground pepper
Whisk ingredients together and pour over shrimp or chicken. Cover and marinate overnight. Shrimp can be marinated for 2 to 8 hours.
Put shrimp on skewers and grill until the shrimp become opaque
Grill Chicken until fully cooked
